I just left the wawa at 10:15am I am one of the most loyal Wawa customers came to this particular one to get air in my tire and while I was here grab a cup of water once I was done grabbing air. When I walk into the drink Machine I?m surprised and thenshocked to see that there are no available cups not small medium large or extra large turn around to be shocked by straws andlids. So then I was left to run around the store and locate a manager or someone to help me understand where are there cups andhow may I obtain one. They mentioned that they?re sold at the counter. Anyone that usually goes to Wawa knows that you couldgrab any cup any size right from the machine and they?re holding them ho...
I'm not from Maryland, but I've noticed a clear pattern when visiting WAWA locations in predominantly African American neighborhoods: the service tends to be consistently poor. I've experienced poorly made sandwiches, unhelpful staff, and frequent stock shortages. At one location, I wasn't even able to get a free cup for ice water! At first, I thought WAWA had declined overall. However, after visiting a more upscale WAWA in Annapolis, I found free ice, cups, water, well-made sandwiches, and excellent customer service. My recommendation? Consider going to a WAWA in a better neighborhood, where you can enjoy the quality and service that originally made you a loyal customer. Good luck!
I'm not from Maryland , but anytime I go to a WAWA in a predominantly African American community it's always extremely low quality service. From bad sandwiches ???? Bad customer service Items not in stock And now only when I go to one's like this one,I can't get free ice water or a cup!! At first I thought all WAWA was changing. But then went to a bougie ???? WAWA inAnnapolis and guess what.....Free ice, cups, water, and my sandwich was correct with great customer service!! My advice, useyour gas to go to a better neighborhood WAWA, and everything that made you a loyal customer will be waiting for you. Good luck!
I came to a Wawa that's supposed to be open 24 hours, but they said it wasn't because they were short-staffed. However, there was a fully capable man working who was turning customers away. He seemed lazy and shouldn’t be working if he’s not willing to do the job. It was 3 AM on Saturday, September 3rd. This Wawa is disappointing and poorly managed because of the man on duty. I've been here before when they were short-staffed with other employees, and they still got the job done.

This is my second time ordering a sandwich at this Wawa, and once again, the staff doesn’t seem to understand simple requests like "light mayo." They messed up my sandwich for the second time. Also, the employees keep calling the wrong numbers—846 instead of 946. Wawa, please improve your service, because the Camp Springs location is really disappointing. Plus, you need to address the panhandling happening right at your entrance!
I've given this location several chances to get it right but they never want to bring your food or whatever your curbside order is to you you always have to go get it so what's the point of having curbside if the people who work there never want to dotheir job I have seen them congregating inside having conversations my order and others are sitting on the countertop and I canguarantee you some of those are curbside.
My first time going AND WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!! it's Friday Sept 30th 3:18 pm I go into the establishment to order a iced drink I waited for over 15 min while the ladies that worked were in the back of the store laughing and conversating the cashier was rudeand the line was super long the only one that was working was the guy cooking this Wawa need to do better SMH
This is by far the worst Wawa I've ever visited. There's never any hot coffee available, and the staff is always insufficient. The bathrooms are consistently dirty. This place should really be shut down—it's a complete disgrace! Honestly, I would give it zero stars if I could; even one star feels like too much.
