I started visiting this store about two months ago, and since then, I've been coming back frequently for my sandwiches. The staff here are really friendly. The food preparation team works quickly and efficiently, and the subs are fantastic—especially the Italian on toasted bread. One of the cashiers, Alexis, is very professional; she manages the checkout area like a manager would. I always choose her line when it’s busy because she knows where everything is, can ring you up quickly, and always has a positive attitude towards customers. I highly recommend this Wawa if you’re new to the area. Additionally, the store is very clean, which is a huge plus for me.
About six years ago, Vice Manager Lauren and her sister treated me terribly. I resisted, but I wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom. When I asked Lauren about the headset, she always told me to wait. I was alone at the register, and Lauren and her group made my shift, and others’, miserable for no reason. I hope Wawa has changed its policies regarding bullying and that they no longer have jobs there. Martin was the manager at the time and was a nice person, but he should have taken action when I reported this bullying. They would also mock some of the special-needs employees. It still makes me upset just thinking about how I was treated.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a friendly African American woman who welcomed everyone with a warm smile while ensuring everything was in order. I quickly placed my order for a sandwich and drink and moved on to the checkout, where I encountered an unfriendly cashier. I believe this is the same person mentioned in previous reviews, named Rashell. Her overall demeanor was very negative; it was clear that she didn't want to be there, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. She avoided making eye contact and seemed reluctant to even hand over my receipt.

I usually don't leave a negative check, but I feel like the cashier crossed the border. If my total value is $8.26 and I hand $10, would I have got $1.74 back right? Now she decided to give me $1 and talk to the customer behind me. I haven't said anything since I was too late. For me, the problem is not the amount, but the way they just keep my change as they are? It's not going to the store register, it's going to her bag as a tip. If I wanted to give her a hint, I would?ve. No need to sneak and take people money like that.
There needs to be a better system for your online order collection. This is the last time I’ll have issues with online ordering. Initially, the app let me purchase oat flour that you didn’t actually have, causing me to go out of my way. Each time, my order wasn’t ready or wasn’t in the right place. The whole point of ordering online is to avoid waiting, but my order not being ready only causes delays and throws off my schedule.
The fountain soda at Wawa was quite disappointing, particularly the Diet Coke, which didn’t taste like Coke at all. It was almost indistinguishable from the seltzer water, which would have been the better choice. I’m really let down because I keep hoping they’ll improve it, but the menu has remained the same for weeks with no changes.
Fountain soda awful especially the Diet Coke selections do not taste like a Coke beverage at all. I can?t even say seltzer water because that would have a better taste. Very disappointed because I keep thinking they are going to fix but have not inweeks.

Convenient Wawa and gas station located right off the highway. You can get hot sandwiches and coffee. And pre-made food as well. They have a nice bathroom. With 3 stalls in the women's bathroom. There is only 1 stall in the men's bathroom, and urinals
Older wawa not as clean as around my area but should be okay over all. My club sandwich was rolled up instead of folded, it was a mess when I opened it. Coffee was great ?
