In the last 25 years, WaWa has always been my #1 convenience store. I'd just go somewhere else if there was no WaWa. In the last 5 years the WaWa was at Milford Rd in East Stroudsburg My WaWa . I am there at least every other day if not every day and a few days I am there 2 or 3 times a day. Unfortunately, sometimes good things have to end. From today on, I say goodbye to the E Stroudsburg WaWa on Milford Rd/209. On 10/24 I bought 2 packs from USA Menthol cigarettes and BOTH packs were stabbed. You had NO Menthol taste at all! It’s clear that she seems unhappy in her job, and this attitude negatively affects the customer experience. I’ve noticed that when she prepares her own meals, she overfills her plate and doesn’t pay, which is quite disheartening. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, perhaps she should consider working elsewhere. Customer service should be a priority, and we, the customers, are the ones supporting the business. It’s important to remember that we’re spending our money just like everyone else, and that should be valued. Amirah needs to understand this and improve her approach to customer service.
I absolutely adore this place! They serve the best coffee around. The majority of the staff are always friendly. Occasionally, it might take a little while to receive your order, but that doesn’t bother me at all. I usually chat with the staff while I wait, and before I know it, time has flown by. Ashley, Joel, Sharon, and Dolores are all incredibly sweet!
First thing this morning, coffee area garbage can was overflowing. No night shift duties? Tried to be friendly to the cashier (same gal every morning) but all she could do was snark under her breath until one of her friends came into her line, then she was all bubbly and nice. Guess I didn't meet her code.

Best Wawa in the state ! I've been to plenty in PA and NJ. This is the most clean, efficient and friendly Wawa around. Food is great, drinks are cold, and staff run this place as smooth as butter. Been living here 25 years and can't imagine moving just because I come here every morning before my commute.
The orders are consistently incorrect and always late. The manager is unprofessional and incompetent, and will outright lie to you. It's fortunate for them that tourists continue to visit while passing through, as I genuinely have no idea how they manage to stay in business otherwise.
All a good location. I just have a little irritating problem. The coffee caps NIE stay open for me. During a car ride my coffee cap came 3 times in my freshly cleaned car from the spilled coffee. I'd like to see different caps. I've never had a cap on which I stayed.
Ashley and Dolores are amazing stop at most every morning to get coffee and see these girls. They are the definition of excellent customer service .
