Associates talking while I am waiting at an open cash register. Associates eventually walk up after seeing me standing there and seeing my items on the counter and one says are you ready. I said yes. She says I'm not at this register. I'm at the one over there. (On the other side of the counter) She placed a closed register sign at the one I placed all of my items down at and walks to the outside. Nonchalant. No care in the world. No big deal attitude. I would've definitely taken a moment as a manger to re-train her on good customer service techniques. Very disappointed with food tonight! Ordered a cheese steak to try it arrived cold,cheese not melted, and meat dried out. Can not blame delivery driver for this. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla well it was also cold no ranch and the quesadilla was like card board. Ordered a jar of dip never made the trip. Called store to let them know spoke with John he said the driver may have taken it. Said I need to come to store to solve the problem and then tried to explain how they could maybe fix it, very confusing. Not the first time some thing missing in the order. So over this no one seems to do any thing right and are fast to past responsibility off. Hey wawa before moving on to new items...
My experience at this restaurant has been disappointing, primarily due to the staff's negative attitudes. I spend nearly $300 a week here, and when I politely approached the counter to ask about my order (584), before I could finish explaining my request, the employee responded rudely and raised her voice. I simply wanted to request a side of pickles, which isn't an option on the computer. I haven't visited in months, aside from buying cigarettes, and I'm not sure if I will return. Wawa really needs to reconsider the quality of their staff.
employees at the registers are GREAT!! THE ONES COOKING are horrible there sooo lazy, I asked for a hash brown and was told it will take 19 minutes, I order this every night so I know they can put it in the front ovens for half the time but I didn?t say anything about it and said yes I?ll wait. After sitting there for 30 Minutes the women I spoke with to order said ?are you really going to wait 19 minutes for the hash browns? SHE NEVER EVEN STARTED IT! I got a refund left, won?t be using this wawa EVER AGAIN I LIVE RIGHT DOWN THE STREET!!

I frequent this wawa everyday. Once in the morning around 6 45 and once Round 2pm for lunch. I love this wawa but This morning really turned me off. Not naming names but 1 person in particular is very rude and nasry to customer. I see it more then i dont. Also open more registsrs. People got to get to work and the line being almost out the back door is a joke. Love the iced coffee and wawa tea though. Plus the new premade breakfast burritos are alwayys great
On average, the establishment is ok, BUT to refuel people leave the vehicle parked in the pomp and go buy things in the establishment and then go out to refuel. This is ridiculous because they are using the space of another customer. They must put a sign that lets people know that it is only to fuel. The manager must fix this situation as soon as possible.
Repeat my orders incorrectly, and usually a long time to do the order incorrectly. For example, a buffalo chicken quesadilla should have buffalo sauce on it, otherwise its only soggy chicken slaughter, quite rough, and yet this has happened to me more than once in this store. It's just a sloppy, apathetic work ethics.
I believe the name of the cashier is Makasha, and she was incredibly friendly and pleasant! Today is 2/22/22, and the time is 9:48. She truly deserves a gift card or some kind of reward for her outstanding service. She was very helpful!

I am truly astonished by the poor customer service at this Wawa. It's disappointing and unprofessional. I suggest the manager be replaced. There were 15 people waiting in line this morning, which is unacceptable.
I frequent this Wawa. Food is consistent. It just takes so long for them to make it because employees are short staffed. Extra staffs are needed during power hours. Retail 101
