After leaving Chicago, I discovered Wawa and I have to say... I absolutely adore it! The coffee bar is fantastic with a wide variety of flavors and intensities, along with delicious creamers, milk, and toppings. By joining the Rewards Club, you can even earn free coffee. My sons can't get enough of their sizzli sausages. The staff is fantastic, always wearing a smile and giving a warm welcome. Special thanks to Patti for her friendly service and kind words. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and even decorated with beautiful wildflowers on the entrance windows. You definitely need to check this place out!
Always a line on the back of the shop and they put only one employee on the register. I found the poorly aged woman with the reddish hair to have a level of customer service skills that was as lacking as she lacked as her aesthetic. I would definitely go to another store where the app payments never work, so then you have to go within and wait 15 minutes to gas or a rod of rubber and also the people at the gas station above the road or much more nicer and faster.
This restaurant is a great find. It's a large establishment, similar to a truck stop, but without all the trucks. The parking is easy and there are plenty of gas pumps. They also have handicap parking right outside the door. The place has a lot to offer and everything I've tried has been nice and clean. Their selection beats out Circle K and Race Trac by miles. They offer fountain sodas of all kinds, any size for just $1.
I frequent Wawa more often than not. It's my go-to spot and the staff is always amazing! However, I'm disappointed that the beverage bar is closed on Saturdays (AGAIN). I hope they can pay their employees more so we can enjoy all the amenities. I give 5 stars to the staff and 3 stars in general to Wawa. I will update to 5 stars once this issue is resolved.
