I ordered online and the est pickup time was 16 minutes. I went right away and was there in about 10. I give a cup out of the refrigerator, which is the size of a child cup, and when I asked if that was my shake, the guy said yes and laughed. absolutely ridiculous for $5! and at least a quarter of it has been plucked, nothing like the picture on the website. my food was hardly warm to pick it up immediately, and the pommes were soggy. the burger and shakes tasted good, but for their trips it is simply not worth it. I'm not back.
this place is fantastic when the right people work. tonight (5/21) was a bad night like any night when this crew works. the crew, who worked, had not withdrawn any haare, worked very slowly and delivered the quality of the food expected below. another customer received a refund after a long hair in her burger. it took almost an hour to get our order, and I was given evil look while I was waiting for my food, and then they commanded the wrong. they should retrain this crew or remove them all together.
We have never been to an Wayback Burger. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed and friendliness of the service. The burgers were made to order and tasted very good. The onion rings and milkshake were also made to order and tasted very good. It took about 10 minutes for us to get our food. We'll visit again when we are back in the area
