It is very pleased that this pub has not closed, as it was threatened a while ago. It was bought and the owners carry the great tradition of simple German cuisine and beer. Cracking beer garden in summer, nice and cozy in winter, directly at the station, cheap and cheerful, you can not go wrong.
With all kebabs, pizzas and rice dishes, it is wonderful to find a good German restaurant with reasonable prices in Rüsselsheim. Fine local white wine selection with local “spink cheese” as an appetizer and a good quality steak with onions in a classic German pub environment pleasant!
big group of colleagues. A lot of beer and some sausages. Not very fast in servicing although we were there very late. but all in all, nice place were to spend a couple of hours in a typical German environment.
Very pleasant place to eat with English menu. The waitress was very nice and also spoke English to help us with the order. We all had the scavenger and it was good for scavengers.
