My family and I had just visited Nanstein Castle. We noticed that there is a hotel / restorer walking from the castle. When we took the entrance, we noticed there were tables outside with people scrubbing wine. Once inside, several people were dining room and enjoy entertainment. There was a very nice salad bar, but it wasn't your typical American salad bar. It included romain salad, carrot razors, olives, paprika, cucumbers, fenced mushroom, and sweet sun-dried data. The dressings include: French, Italian, American and a very unique but very good yogart dressing that complements the vegetables.
