The Magdalenkapelle is one of my favorite restaurants in St. Wendel and has been shining with consistently good cuisine for years. Family Richter has dedicated himself to the passion of the Slow Food philosophy, mainly uses products from the St. Wendeler country and the nearer region. In addition to typical local and Saarland cuisine, the map also offers Mediterranean cuisine on a walking level. Finding the right wine for good food is not a problem here. The Magdalene Chapel offers an exemplary wine selection; Elke Richter is a learned winemaker and also the father Holger Richter is a wine-winner, on whose recommendation you can trust with confidence. General My first visit to the Magdalenen Chapel Wine Meeting impressed me! Service Very friendly and accommodating service. Very good wine recommendation. Great and dedicated cook. Varied and clear daily menu, food and wine. Restaurant belongs Slow Food Deutschland e.V!!! Number 1 in the Saarland: Historical atmosphere. Onmerkamer hosts. General A restaurant with special kind ... family environment, very friendly service and food of the top class. Unlimited to recommend! Operation Very attentive, discreet and selected friendly! "Rather, we wanted to escape corrosive and extremely annoying baularm in our near surroundings for some time. For almost four weeks an apartment has been renovated and renovated among us. Unfortunately, it then looked so down that we were not spared even when eating in the rock mill by loudly strong craftsmen. In the outskirts of the mill, a Rüttler and a front loader did everything in their power to save us the stay and lunch as thoroughly as possible. I think that the sound level caused by the estimated GG colleagues Petra IO in their Rock Mills report would have been better than the building site noise by high guests; The ambience of the various guest rooms ranges from original to industrial design; we had a table in the original area and I forgive three and a half stars. Madame took the Rumpsteak Madagascar with Pommes Frites (22,90 EUR); I chose the Devil Medallions; three pork fillet medallions doubled with chilibacon in pikanter sauce with fries for EUR 16,90. When Dessert had ordered my favorite Crême Brûlée; This was no longer possible after the kitchen (for whatever reason, Pannacotta was offered with fruits at the price of EUR 6.90. This was accepted and I took a Williams Gold (2cl EUR 3.50 as dessert. We drank a swollen mineral water (EUR 2.40 and a Franciscan wheat from the barrel (EUR 0.5l 4.40). Among the few open wines I had unfortunately not found that for mch past; a pity. We were very happy with both the soup and the main dishes.
