I made a reservation online for a table for 8 people at 6:30pm, but when we arrived, they had not checked their internet bookings and did not have our reservation. However, they were able to find a table for us. We overheard the next table being told that there was over an hour wait for food, so we decided to leave and go elsewhere. The restaurant was extremely busy and the staff appeared overwhelmed. It was disappointing because we were looking forward to eating there.
I was informed that delivery could take 45 minutes to an hour. However, when I called after 1 hour and 20 minutes, they said the food was on its way. It's frustrating because the restaurant is only 1 mile away from our house. In this modern era, this level of service is completely unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
This is the best Chinese restaurant I have ever ordered from. The chicken was cooked perfectly, not undercooked or chewy. The barbecue ribs and egg fried rice were also delicious. The delivery was very quick and the food was excellent as always.
Eating is consistent, service well and often fairly quickly prepared, depending on time ordered and how busy they are. a reasonable price also. delivery times may vary if they order. collection is better to eat stay hot
