Late last night, I was exhausted after a long, tough day in London, but discovering this wonderful place and its lovely staff truly made my day. The attention they showed towards my companion, who has celiac disease, was exceptional. We found a delightful package of gluten-free cookies waiting for us in our room, and the breakfast staff had been informed in advance about dietary needs. Unfortunately, we were only here for one day, but we definitely plan to return for a longer stay!
Went here with 8 of my friends for afternoon tea, the service was very good the staff couldn't have been nicer, it was the mad hatter themed tea for Easter which was presented beautifully, the cocktails were just lovely and also in with the theme. The one thing we all said was a few more sandwiches would have been nice as there was a lot of sweet, the scones were still warm and delicious. Will defiantly recommended to others and be back.
We were fortunate enough to spend the night after the ceremony, and our room was delightful – one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed. They thought of everything a guest might need, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We even forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste, and room service kindly provided them free of charge. Wynyard Hall is truly a special place!
wynyard hall is a fabulous place. been here for afternoon tee and meal a few times and recently had the best day of my life her celebrating my high time. the whole day was perfectly personal was fantastic. brilliant would do it again in a heartbeat. would recommend any wynyard hall. My friend and I had an incredible day today! We owe it all to the wonderful staff, the fantastic massage, the prosecco in the whirlpool, and the delightful afternoon tea. I can't recommend them highly enough. We'll definitely be returning for more!
