Terrible customer service. I asked why they didn’t place my order in a bag and they rudely handed me the card scanner. I looked confused and she stated it was 15 cents. I went to toss her a quarter and they freaked out because it landed on the floor instead of her hand. They said I needed to learn manners because she couldn’t catch it fast enough. They gave my first experience to Edmonton a bad taste in my mouth…I will never come back. The city is disgusting and the foreigners are terrible customer service people. If you can’t hack working for Wendy’s get a better job! America out?
We don't have a Wendy's where I live so it is often a treat. The location was clean and well lit. The staff were friendly if not super fast but that seems to be the norm now adays. The food tasted great with the fries and burger hot and the topings on the burger fresh and crisp. There is lots of parking. They do not have the newer style soda machine, but there are refills available. The prices are what you would expect although this particular location do not offer a seniors discount like many Wendy's do.
Went through drive thru and ordered a baconator, and a baconator with lettuce as the bun, as well as a grilled wrap. They didn’t understand what “lettuce as the bun” meant. Finally explained it and got our food ready and left. Got home and found out our lettuce wrapped burger was great. However we didn’t have the grilled wrap and the other baconator wasn’t a baconator as they replaced it with a different burger off the menu. So I mean at least one person had a good dinner. Screw the others right? :
Hmm, they are not kidding when they say small chilli. Must be difficulty taking a paper and filling them order the way other Wendy's do. Unfortunately I didn't see this until I got home.
