I really enjoy the usually very fresh food and service here but right now this location has a serious fruit fly problem. I had used the soda fountain a few weeks ago and had dozens drop out of it into my drink. After going back a few days ago, I was there with family and they were having flies land on their sandwich frequently. Until this is taken care of I would avoid this location for the time being.
I ordered my second BBQ cheeseburger today and it was quite a let-down from the one I had last time.I'm a pretty big fan of Wendy's, but I had to inform them about this mistake. My *BBQ* burger was severely lacking in BBQ sauce, so it did not taste as good as it should have. ?
Food was good, prices are reasonable. But they've switched to plastic cups! 5 years ago they had paper cups with plastic straws, now it's paper straws with plastic cups. More garbage than before.... A little out of touch Wendy's.
They forgot a burger in my order my fault for not checking when I got home I noticed so I tried calling 3 time but no answer it just keeps ringing
