Wendy's - Table reservation

I visited this restaurant on a Wednesday around 8PM. I tried to place a pickup order through Uber Eats, but was told they were not currently accepting orders. So I placed my order at the drive-thru instead, where there was only one car in front of me. The lady serving me did not speak French, which is my native language, and had a strong accent in English that was difficult to understand through the speaker. When I pulled up to the window, she asked me what my order was even though she had just taken it 30 seconds ago. I visited this restaurant on Saturday around 12:00 PM. It will definitely be my last time here! No one greeted me with a "Hi," "Bonjour," or even a smile. The waitress with braids needs to work on her customer service skills. The rest of the 4-6 staff were all chatting in an Indian language, ignoring the clients waiting. After waiting for over 12 minutes for my order, I finally requested a refund. I was the only customer inside waiting for food.
