Today at 1pm, I visited the restaurant's drive-thru. There was a man who was multitasking, handling the drive-thru orders, managing the register, and also distributing the food. I regret not asking for his name, as his service was exceptional. I definitely recommend returning to this restaurant for his excellent customer service.
I go to this Wendy's every morning on weekdays to purchase a honey butter chicken biscuit for a friend. The staff always greets me warmly at the intercom and when I arrive at the window. The ladies working there are awesome and their dedication to serving customers is evident. Keep up the great work, team!
I ordered a spicy chicken combo with sweet tea and water, along with some sauces. However, I was given a grilled chicken combo instead, without the water, and was charged extra for the sauces. I have never been charged for sauces before and they added it to my bill without my consent.
I typically have no issues with Wendy's, but unfortunately I found a piece of hair in my food that did not belong to me. I had to skip breakfast this morning because I couldn't leave work, and I will not be returning to Wendy's in the future.
