Every time I come here for anything EXCEPT breakfast, the order is wrong. Ordered three different meals: a $5 Biggie Bag with a Fanta Strawberry; a Spicy Chicken sandwich combo with no tomato, add cheese, with a Dr. Pepper; a Hot Honey Chicken with no bacon, add cheese with a Strawberry Lemonade; and two Frostys, one chocolate, one vanilla. Person at the window attempted to hand me FIVE DRINKS in ONE TRAY CONTAINER, after asking me if I needed one (there's just myself and one other adult in the car, so it should be obvious we need a drink holder). Once the food came out, I checked it all before leaving the line and realized all three sandwiches were wrong. After finally getting the attention...

I go here more often than I should, because I really like wendy 's and this is the closet to my house, but I shouldn't, because its definitely an under-average experience. Staying at the hotel next door. Called multiple times to confirm if the dining room was open throughout the afternoon, they let it ring and either let it run it's course or picked up the phone and hung up on me. Come 5pm I walked over to get some food only to find the REASON I called to begin with made it impossible to get food as you cannot walk in after 4pm! It would he nice if anyone there cared enough to even pick up their phone, guess I'm asking too much...
Bradley is absolutely the best worker I have seen in a fast food restaurant in a long time I was a restaurant bartender for 33 years. this is the best Wendy's in Nashville Tennessee the food is always super fresh everything is super clean and you get on the drive thru really fast. I got to the Donelson Wendy’s specifically for breakfast. I got there at 10:25am and got to the speaker at 10:27am. When I got to the speaker, the lady asked for a moment. I waited until 10:35 am and then she said they are no longer serving breakfast. That was the only reason I came to Wendy’s, so I drove off. There was no apology.
Rude behavior bad customer service experience. This is my crispy chicken spicy sandwich. I can understand by California fire that they did not have salad, but they did not add tomatoes and sauce.
I stopped at Wendy's in Hermitage at 3:35. The sign said open till 4. It was locked up tight. I will not go back. If your emoyees do not want to work fine. I won't go there.
It is in a great location, but after the last couple trips to the restaurant I did not get the biggest customer service. Otherwise it would definitely get a 5-star rating.
