underoccupied and badly managed. I've never heard a manager screams so much in a single interaction. on the one who is in the kitchen scream to hurry to scream the customer behind me because they are too many orders on their ticket in the drive through. apparently there is a two meal limit men should honor. all they scream would think that eating would be at least decent, but the pommes were cold and we didn't get a straw. there is no reason that there should be only three workers throughout the restaurant and only one actually makes food. wendys should do good business or nothing at all because this is a misservice for all involved.
Wendy was there for me when there was no other restaurant, in the confusion of all Mexican restaurants that were closed early for Cinco de mayo, Wendy's was shimmering at night there, a light fire of hope and nutritional misconduct. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and made the ordering process even fun at 10 a.m. in the night! The food is great too, can't go wrong with Wendy.
This is one of the cleanest restaurants we visited. The food was hot and fresh. Customer service was excellent!! Our server/cashier, Jerome, I think he was called, went beyond and beyond. I highly recommend saving it.
I just had the strawberry fields Chicken Salad and it was great! I haven't had a salad with Wendy for years because I was very disappointed last time!
