I have always had a positive experience at this restaurant, but I was particularly impressed with their staff tonight! They were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The cashier even offered a free nugget for my dog, which was a very nice gesture. They were very welcoming while also being mindful of my time, considering it is a drive-through. Special shoutout to the evening crew on 11/20/21 - you are all amazing! Thank you, Ella and Charlie.
This is the best Wendy's location I've been to all month! They were SO nice and friendly, the service was very fast, and they were even happy to accommodate my request for a straw with my Frosty instead of just the usual spoon! Truly the friendliest and most cheerful staff I've encountered at a drive thru in a long time. They really went above and beyond. I wish I was as cheerful at work as the person taking my order was!
This particular restaurant is drive-thru only. I'm not sure if it's lack of staff or dining room doesn't need building code. Let's just say it's Wendy's it's not a five-star restaurant it does the trick on lunch break. They usually get my order correct,I do use the mobile app which helps and they are pretty friendly most of the time. The reason for three stars is the dining roomis closed.
I recently ordered from Wendy's on Perimeter Drive in Roseville, MN for the first time. The baked potato was decent, but the chili I got was more like soup. I've had chili from another location before, and that was definitely chili. It felt like a ripoff. I wish I had taken a picture to show others how they could also be disappointed. Book a table now
Eat and all bungalows on all 4 comb meals were hard as a rock! brought food back and asked for a refund, but they said they did not refund, but they will return my order. no thanks that my appetit completely ruined and my hard earned money was absolutely wasted! I give it a year, this innocence is closed!
I ordered a Jr. Deluxe Cheese Burger and it tasted off (it had a smell and taste that of bad breath), but the one saving grace was the young man at the window help me pick up my money (that had fallen on the ground..it had been raining and the bills were hard to pick up).
Food wasn't good and my wife asked for chicken nuggets they asked spicy or not. My wife said not spicy, we received spicy and when we went back they insisted we said spicy. They pretty much called us a lier BTW we would never get our children spicynuggets.
WORST WENDY'S!!! Burger was cold, I took one bite and pulled out a long thin piece of plastic!?? cmon now. Nuggets were overcooked, fries unsalted. I basically paid $5 for a coke and bbq sauce. Never had a good experience here. Book a table now
Great location with delicious food! The two ladies at the register were friendly and greeted my entire team. The restaurant was clean and less busy than expected. Overall, I highly recommend this Wendy's location!
