I didn't dine in, but I had a pleasant experience ordering through the drive-thru at this Wendy's. The service was quick and I was impressed when the staff member suggested a small change to my order that would save me money. She was friendly and professional. The chicken sandwich was tasty, although there was a bit too much breading compared to the amount of chicken. I found the chicken nuggets to be better than those at McDonald's.
The food was served cold and the burger appeared to have been sitting out for a while. It is unlikely that the restaurant is following proper food safety guidelines. The soda machine had old syrup buildup, indicating that it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Hopefully, a surprise inspection by a health inspector will be conducted soon.
I waited at Wendy's for my fish sandwich to be freshly made (I am vegetarian for Lent). When I got home, there was a double cheeseburger in the bag instead. I didn't mind because, clearly, Jesus wanted me to eat a burger. The service here is great!
This was probably one of the best Wendy's I have visited recently. The staff was friendly and efficient, my order was accurate, and the food was good. I have no complaints.
