I pull up at 10. The customer before me ordered and got their food. Sat there for 10 mins to have them tell me they are closed. This is the second time. Nt sure if it was change in management. I gave them a chance to reddem themselves but to no avail. Theyneed to close this wendys and make space for an actual burger joint. The employees were literally standing around talking doingnothing. Why are these people being hired? I'm never going to a wendys ever again. If I could give them a negative score I wouldgive -10. These people getting paid to do absolutely nothing.
Meh. Order wasn't correct, but too hungry to go back and complain. I ordered a taco salad last night. When they handed to me, I didn't think anything of it when they handed the chili separately. I get home and it's a plain salad with tomatoes and ranch dressing. The chili is chili with crackers. No tacos, no sour cream. All I could do was laugh. Also their light in the sign is burned out, so I almost didn't think they were open.
First time I went to this Wendy's, they forgot to even put the burger patty on my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Second time I went, I arrived at 10:50 to find 3 employees smoking outside and they told me they were closed. They don't close until midnightaccording to this Google posting. Don't bother going here. The staff obviously don't know how, and don't want to do their jobs.
I have been to this Wendy's on two occasions and the first time no one would take my order because there was no one that would come to the front. The second time I had a very rude cashier who flat out said that he wasn't going to give me my order. I wouldrecommend not going to this Wendy's. There is nothing but terrible customer service here.

Wendy's has always been my top favorite for fast food. In my area there are so few. No after taste from the bread, fries taste like real potatoes. I enjoy the frosty's as a snack. They also have thing you don't see other places which are good chile, chile and baked potatoes and taco salad. My opinion my first choice.
Was told by the manager that the front line person just went on break so no one was available to take order. I would have to go through the drive through. I was literally the only one in the store. What couldn't the manager take my order?... Isn't thatpart of your job
This Wendy's is absolutely horrible during the evening hours. You wait atleast 10-15 minutes before they acknowledge you in the drive thru another 10 minutes to pay, then after you pay another 10-20 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else
Recently I've been trying breakfast foods at Wendy's and I can say the baconator sandwich is great their breakfast is a whole lot better than McDonald's ever could be
