Dining room smells dirty, lady with orders was unfriendly barley engaged me and when she did, she was just a little rude. Hamburger was cold! Drinking machine didn't spend ice. Was told by an employee in the dining room that it was broken and would not be fixed for a day or so. Question comes in mind immediately:. Why didn't I give a cup of ice when they knew the ice cream machine was out of order in the dining room? Crazy. We've been here for over 30 years. It'll take a long time to get back.
Just as we did before, went through the drive-thru and placed order to go. The person on the other end of the microphone had great difficulty and understanding me, just like before. And then, my actual received items did not match what we had ordered,again. Finally, the staff did not seem very sympathetic concerning the situation. You just never know what you're going to getanymore.
Went ordered a triple room for fresh hamburgers she was more concerned to get the exit than inside the customers really disappointed because I had eaten in this restaurant because they were opened 30 years ago hamburgers are definitely not as they would then fries cold end of Batch and hamburger warm as sitting there if I had paid cash instead of card
I come to this Wendy?s once a year. Only once on a Saturday night in February. Every single time, bar none, it is the worst service. 15 minute wait in the drive-through. I live in Rossville and could?ve almost been home by the time I reached the window. Book a table now
I found a fried fly at the bottom of my fries. I had 2 orders of fries, but the local Wendy's refused to comp both since there was only 1 fly, even though they were fried in the same oil. No apology. This is bad business.
Quick service with a correct order. My only complaint was our frosty lids were loose with frosty running all down the side. Luckily, they gave us plenty of napkins.
I like the $5 Dolla meals .. but all are great in price n taste ... I always eat at Wendy's ... for a week my belly will be happy
I asked for a regular 10pc and somehow they charged and gave me the entire combo. Kinda distasteful. Book a table now
My chicken was dried and my crispy fries were cold and old no future visits that's per sure.
