I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! I ordered a burger and fries, and I must say, their fries are fantastic. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent as well; the staff were friendly and always had a smile. It was my first time visiting, and I really enjoyed it, so I decided to go back again, and I received great service once more. I have no complaints. My only wish is that the drink sizes could be larger, but overall, the food was superb. The restaurant is quite spacious, and I loved being able to see the train from my nice vantage point.
This restaurant is always packed because they have an efficient system in place. The staff are quick, the cashier is always pleasant, and I have never experienced bad service or food. If there is ever a problem, it is usually caused by customers rather than the staff. The leaders always take control and ensure that everyone leaves happy. I wish there were more locations like this one in the Bronx, especially in the Fordham area.
Whoever is writing the good reviews for the past 2 months is either lying or getting paid because this wendy is still not great long wait even when it is 1-2 ppl in the store and my Fruit punch I ordered with my $12.00 meal tasted like WATER which means it was not enough syrup in the machine do better for real Wendys
My kids and I are big fans of Wendy's. This location tends to get quite busy during peak hours, and the drive-thru line can get long, but it usually moves quickly. There's a spacious parking lot, indoor seating, and the restaurant is generally very clean. The staff is always friendly as well.
