I was at Wendy’s in Middlesex, NJ today 1/14/22 and I went inside rather than going through the drive-thru and I’m glad I did because the young man who took care of me was the way I wish all young people did today. Unfortunately I did not get his name. He was African-American with glasses and he was very polite and professional. I just wanted whoever his Supervisor/Manager is to know you have a good worker there. Thank you to that young man! He really made my day!
this location is very clean and the lines move quickly. the personal seems always in good mood. I've never had trouble coming here, whether it was going in or through the drive-thru. outside is well kept. good location to come when they are in the mood for Wendy’s. Go on!
I just want to say that the manager kim went far beyond an excellent customer service, objects were left out of my order and went out of her to get her to me, she made my child's day! many thanks again so much crist killough
I ordered 3 sandwiches and I didn't get one. I went back to get my sandwich and I didn't have my receipt. They gave it to me no hassle. I ordered a frosty and the gave it to for free! Great customer service! Book a table now
Eaten here many times. Only had the squirts one time, at dinner. Breakfast coffee and eggs are always as expected, and never a problem. Very nice folks.
