This is undoubtedly the WORST Wendy's location in the entire world, hands down. Every time I go here I have already placed an order on the app to avoid wait times, yet each and every time I am stuck waiting 20+ minutes, today I waited 30 minutes for 2 biggie bags! That were ordered as a carryout to avoid the dreadfully long drive thru..yet there I was standing inside for 30 minutes as I watch people come in off the street, order something, and walk out with it while I wait for a biggie bag! These employees have 0 urgency and are seen just standing around at times. The manager is by far the nastiest of them all, its no wonder the place is a complete failure. This Wendy’s is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. We only place orders through the app to limit the wait time, however when we get there, we still have no choice but to wait 30+ minutes for our “fast food”. What is the point of ordering ahead on your app if you don’t make it ahead of time nor have it ready for the set time of pick up? The lines are never not around the building and it seems like they purposefully work as slow as humanly possible. There’s no “urgency” like there should be while working in a fast food environment. This location has ruined the experience for me completely. Such a shame
They have never gotten my order right. Food is cold everytime; I tip at least 5 dollars so it's not the timing of the dasher. They constantly forget items, if you order a limited time frosty flavor chances are it will be chocolate. I've had a jr cheeseburger deluxe where they forgot the patty so it was just lettuce tomato Mayo and onion. If you order multiple of the same sandwiches and have some of them with no onions, expect all of your sandwiches to have no onions. Either through door dash or in person, I haven't had a good experience here. It feels like no one who works here actually cares.
the worst experience ever occurred! I stopped at 10:15 and I was aware that they closed at 11 o'clock! the journey through waiting was extremely long (15min) and there were only 3 cars! when I came into the window, I ask the cash (white heavy ladies with long nails) when I can add a drink! she immediately sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes and hit the window in my face while she gave the order! she gave me my food and the pommes were extremely hard! I am very upset with this place and I will never return again!

Most worst experience with Wendy’s! First they missed a spicy chicken sandwich. When I returned, they showed me the receipt on their end does not have it. I showed on my app that it included a chicken spicy sandwich and I paid for it. They said they only look at the receipt on their end and refused to give me the sandwich. In the end they gave me the money and I had to go back to the drive through line because their walk in is closed! Never ever go back to this Wendy’s location!
I wish there was a real wendy near. eating here tastes old and is almost always cold, tasteless if they even get their proper order. it takes 30 min each time to order only at the drive thru, if there may be 2 cars in front of them. Today this was my “Cheeseburger”. Just say you ran out or at least melt. surprise company has not shut down this. they must be urgently on one of these restaurant takeover shows. Consistent bad
Needs to hire 1-2 more people just to Cook/Prep Workers there are overworked and need assistance I noticed stress in their faces but there was a massive line at the Drive through, also 8 people waiting to place a dinner order. Definitely needs interior reno Walls stained and crumbling Old carpets Must be removed ASAP Wallpaper from early 90s Great location, plenty of revenue to hail a renovation.
The chicken sandwich was so disgusting cutting into it it was so hard I threw the whole thing out the only thing that was good with a baked potato and the bacon Nader fries were cold as well the delivery driver did everything he was supposed to do I am not blaming the delivery driver I am blaming Wendy's themselves

for a quick bite wendy’s my favorite almost food place. it was super clean and fast service. it wasn't too crowded. the journey through or to walk gives them the opportunity. if you keep hungry for affordable dinning.
standard wendys location with very attentive employees. eating was good and the line was fast I didn't complain at all. I will stop at this place when in the opposite and feel like with wendys.
