Saturday evening and the dining room is empty, with no one ordering or eating inside. The drive-thru is also deserted, yet they are turning cars away, claiming they are only accepting mobile orders due to being short-staffed. Despite this, there are at least two employees inside the store just standing around and talking instead of serving customers. This poor business practice has left a negative impression and I will not be returning. It seems like they do not value or need the business of their customers.
The service at this restaurant was terrible at 10:15 at night. Even if they were short-staffed, they could have been more courteous. They poured my drink and let it sit until my burger was done, then brought everything out at once, leaving me with a cup of froth by the time I received it. The food was not good, I would rate it 1 out of 5.
I went through the way, got my command and went. I came home, looked into the bag and noticed that half of my order was not in the bag. I think it's half my fault because I haven't checked before I left, but when I got back to the way, they apologised me and made my whole order new, fresh. thank you, wendy's coworker. food: 5/5
The restaurant's ambiance can be hit or miss, but the food comes out quickly. The location isn't the best, but it's convenient for a quick bite. Parking isn't very user-friendly and may require parking in an Albertsons lot. More consideration should be given to parking options.

Good food good service. Cashier nice but a bit aggressive almost like she was looking or ready for conflict. That rubbed me the wrong way in the beginning but she is nice and helpful if you get passed that
the lobby was not open. possibly for personal shortage. was not in a couple of years at wendy and they were not disappointed. burger was good and pommes were fresh. food: 4/5
If I could give no stars that is what this store would get. They never get our order right. This time they forgot the nuggets in 4 biggie bags. How stupid .
Terrible service all the way around. Will never come back to this establishment! Recommend no one to waste their time nor hard earned money here.
