Despite the confusion and errors in our order at Wendy's, we were ultimately satisfied with the taste of the sandwiches we received. It was disappointing to find partially melted shredded cheese on our chicken sandwich, and the lack of clarity on the menu about the differences between the bacon cheddar options added to our confusion. The order screen also failed to display one of our items, further complicating the process. Additionally, the employee who took our order seemed impatient and rushed. However, we understand that mistakes happen and appreciate that our food arrived promptly. Overall, despite the mishaps, we will still consider returning to Wendy's in the future. I have to be honest, the Wendy's app was a disappointment. However, the service we received from the friendly and professional waiter named Matthew was top-notch. He was understanding of our issues and was able to assist us. My friends and I left with full bellies, smiles on our faces, and a new friend in Matthew. Thank you, Matthew. Wendy's could definitely teach other companies a thing or two about customer service.
Breakfast is good, only reason I go. But all the employees are rude af. They rush you to order and finish, even when there’s no one else inside or in the drive thru. Then they forget my stuff, one guy looked right at me but didn’t come back to the window. When someone finally came, after I honked my horn (I can’t reach the window) the guy didn’t even let me finish talking before walking away to make the sandwich.
Horrible experience I bought a $5 biggiebag they didn't have BBQ sauce and didn't give me any sauce, my nuggets were cold and they didn't have the cookies I wanted wouldn't recommend this one. I called they picked up said hello hung up and the tone after that every call.

After my survey that Wendy's charge me more then what on the menu the manager name Martin call my phone harassed me that I'm crying for $2 come back he will give me $2 back he see me crying for $2 and hang up the phone on me. That was rude in unprofessional.
Today I purchased 2 junior Frostys for my children at the restaurant, and discovered what appeared to be either strands of hair or facial hair in one of them. I attempted to contact the restaurant, but unfortunately their phone number was not functional.
Was kinda late and drove from the Chicago Cubs game back to our hotel and seem lie all restaurants were closed and saw Wendy's was still open so we went thru drive thru and picked up our dinner. Delicious Chile among other things we got. Great dinner!?
