Wendy's - Table reservation

I went to this Wendy 's on 2/19/24 :30am the first thing I did when the went to the window was ask for a small vanilla frosty cold brew. The lady told me told me, We don 't have any. Me, Oh, ok... I can make some, it will take about 10 mins, I have to grab the concentrate from the back. Ok, I have time- Before I can finish what I was saying she scoffs. Wait you want to wait for it? If its not too much trouble- She cuts me off again It that all you want? Could I also get a Honey biscuit chicken sandwich? What else? Thats it. Move to the second window. Thank you! I was so upset because I worked a long day come here to order food I got told to pull up to the yellow sign and it'll be out in four minutes I did they completely forgot about me I waited thirty minutes they had 4 people that got their orders and drove off next time there is no yellow sign I want my food and go never again do

I don’t understand why they advertise opening late but never have anything on the menu. Not only that but the employees have very nasty attitudes. I know life sucks but try to be more polite to people. This Wendy’s is not a good one to go to.

Ordered fries did not receive pretty sad wasn't very busy. Management must be weak nice we have options. Then they wonder why business

Lousy service in every aspect. Absolutely the worst experience I ever had Wendy's (been customer since the 80's)!!
