Absolutely awful just went through the drive thru usually I go to a different Wendy’s. I ordered no salt fries of course there was salt on the fries the fries box was half filled and the fries looked like yesterdays fries I told the manager and he was super rude and refused to change out the food ! Absolutely would never come back. Aside from that the nuggets were overdone or refried because that’s what it looked like they threw them back into the oil and the messed up I ordered two burgers one chicken sandwhich he gave two chicken sandwiches and one burger mind you it wasn’t even busy cannot stand when managers don’t know how to manage the store owner needs to rethink who he puts in charge!...
I ordered the fish sandwich advertised on the wall menus for $5.99, which is only available for a limited time during the Lent season. However, when I went to pay, the Wendy's representative charged me $1 more. I pointed out that the price was listed as $5.99, but she told me that I had to pay the inflated price on her system. The manager stepped in and refused to honor the advertised price. To make matters worse, the representative took a stool and ripped the lower price off the display. Whoever runs this franchise needs to get it together. If you're going to raise your prices, make sure to update them on the menu before opening for business.
This Wendy's used to be my go to. Just picked up a small meal and zero sauces or ketchup included. Nuggets were lukewarm and have a gross waxy after taste. They have never tasted like this. Another way for places to cut corners yet charge even more. This will be the last visit for me. I'd rather stop for a rare treat at a few other nearby spots.
Ever since I purchased food from this dirty Wendy’s my daughter has been feeling ill. She was diagnosed with viral gastroenteritis. Which is from contaminated food. DONOT EAT HERE!!!!

The manager was prompt in assisting me when my mobile app failed to apply my rewards for a free fry. He generously provided me with the fry without any hesitation.
I placed an order through Uber Eats and the food was really bad, the chicken fillet was completely cold.
