Came to this location because I was in the area with my kids. The girl Jessica who took our order was very nice and made sure we had a good experience. While waiting for the rest of our food, she noticed that there was a burger missing. So she asked the cook to make it for our order. And when I heard how he spoke to her, I wanted to jump over the counter and smack him. you want something to be made, then put some gloves on and make it yourself, I have been making burgers all day, I 'm tired of it! I called to inform the manager that I placed an order for mobile and gave him the time for pick up , FF were cold and stale , My Dave's Burger was dry and I was so disappointed, despite the reviews I thought that lets see maybe my food will be better, NO NO NO.. I am having to throw the food out and the money that went along with it.I did like the drink it was okay so I guess that is My Dinner for tonight!!!! LOL
The flickering lights in the drive thru should have been a sign. Ordered burgers without buns I didn’t know that mean I got less patties on my burgers. I got charged 8 bucks for a single patty and 2 pieces of burnt bacon. I was not given (or offered) a receipt, so now there’s nothing I can do but never return.
Place sucks. Anytime Ive been in there the staff is fighting. EVERY time. This is work not your house. Even worse was the food. Either reheated or been sitting for awhile. Fries old and cold. Daves double was the worse. Entire pattys were blacker than my tires.
