absolutely terrible administration especially the manager called judy. I ordered two meals. the first window in the register was great. the next window had a young gentleman who was also super nice. but I was given 1 real drink and the other drink was wrong. I asked him what that was to drink and he said I'm sorry and then got the drink from me closed the window. I waved him down and said I didn't get my second drink yet. he corrected this and was very pleasant about it. But I originally asked for extra dipping sauce during ordering. These comments span over a few visits. I ordered sweet tea amd received mostly got ice and water, could not taste any tea and the manager gave me this drink. when going through the drive thru the menu board is not lit up after dark, it can take a few mins for someone to ask to take your order. went through the drive through tonight and watched a teenage gentleman stand there looking at his cell phone for 2 to 3 mins before he acknowledged I was at the window to pay. This is one of the stores I will avoid going through in the future.
Horrible service , always have to wait more than 30 mins in drive threw for food and they never have their staple items on a cold day made, for instance potatoes and Chilli, went there on a blustery cold night at 6 pm and nothing was available, always has doors locked to be able to walk in , all other wendys have their doors open , why not here , manager lady was rude and you could tell she was lying about making food , stay away at all means
The cashier wasn't attentive and I ended up paying for food I didn’t order. It became too much of a hassle to get her to fix the order, so I just ate what I received. I won't let that happen again. When I went to wash my hands, there was no soap or towels, and I had to stand in a dirty restroom. I just hope the kitchen was clean. I'm really disappointed with Wendy's; Dave would have fired them for this.

This restaurant is consistently unreliable. I just ordered a triple through the drive-thru, but when I checked my order, it was wrong! The employee at the window gave me attitude, even though he was the one who handed me someone else's sandwich. To top it off, my sandwich bun was soggy. Why do I feel like I'm bothering the staff when I'm just trying to get the correct service and meal?
the worst personal I've ever seen. the girl or atleast that I think. At some point a f’in b called me to distract me after the departure. that was all about nothing. she always said hello and I was nowhere near the redner. When I finally came to the red, she immediately gave me the ghetto attack and was very rude. I'll call and make sure she's fired.
If I could leave a ZERO STARS for the wendys on Hilliard Rome and Robert's I would. I literally just left ordered 2 large fries no salt, two chocolate chip cookies n 3 small frosties. I guess they didn't feel like making new fries cause the ones I received were cold old n salty. I'm calling corporate tomorrow cause 13.00 for that is unacceptable
I seem to have missed the breakfast at wendy’s. I'm the last few days here because I have a few coupons and the breakfast got baconator combo and the maple chicken combo. both were tasty and the breakfast frries are amazing! if they did not try out wendy's breakfast, it's worth working: 5 stars for fast food breakfast and 3 overall.

I didn't make any photos, but I got the breakfast for the ****. I loved it. He didn't expect it to be so delicious. the coffee is delicious. I've got the Ghost Pepper Lunch sauce to plunge in the kartoffels. they were fast and friendly.
The service was great ! Men's restroom is broken but is neatly cleaned during this hour. The service was excellent and the employees are very helpful. The food is served hot and ready to eat just the way I like it.
