When I arrived at the window to pick up my order, the same girl from the speaker greeted me and acknowledged my presence. However, another employee approached and informed me that they were out of food, their frosty machine was empty, and they were closing. This was at 12:49 AM.
I understand that employees want to go home, but this was unprofessional. They were on the clock, telling customers at 12:30 that it was cash only and then claiming they had run out of food. They were paid for 30 minutes of no service. They are supposed to work until closing time and clean up afterward, not leave customers without a meal. I find it funny that every time that it is 45 minutes till closing right after I get off work there if there is an already a lame here they are not taking any orders they always say that their system is blank, which is very convenient for them standing around, not resetting their computers I will give their corporate a call and see what happens next. Only thing I have good to say is that the food was good. Two signs on each doors says open from 9am to 10pm for the dining room. They have the doors open but when you walk in they look at you like your crazy. I placed my order via the app for pickup inside the restaurant. I also did this b/c I had to use the restroom.
