I had the worst breakfast experience of my life at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude from the very beginning. We waited 15 minutes only to receive the completely wrong order, which was cold and clearly had been sitting out for a while. No one addressed the issue or offered any assistance. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope the staff member I encountered won’t be there either. The service was absolutely terrible.
I was at this Wendy's on 2/6/24 at drive thru made my order purchased the little frosty card for the 2024 year and never received it and the guy taking my order said I couldn't get the little frosty until next I visit a Wendy's also .And didn't get a receipt with my order either this just isn't good business. I tried calling for days and no answer pick up and hang up on me.
They need to get their attitude under control. Everytime I come here for the last month I’ve got nothin but attitude from their staff. They argue with customers about their food or talk about how you order too much food. It’s just sad. Plus they are very slow for some reason. They need to find new staff or something but it is not
This is the saddest excuse for a Wendy’s restaurant I have ever been to. I waited over 15 minutes behind a single car to order a frosty which they said they do not have. I ordered the chicken apple pecan salad and requested extra dressing, which I received. However, when I got home, I noticed there were no blue cheese crumbles or pecans in my salad. I was disappointed, but the service was good.
Worst location ever. I have given them multiple chances to get it right. Every single time they drop the ball. I don’t even see how this location is still open. Worst customer service and worst attitudes among staff!!!
Cold food manager Conner was very rude to me, I have children can't keep packing them up I live 2mins away and my food was super cold fries overdone..please contact me at .. buns hard,bad experience.

Pulled up at 8 just for the staff to ignore all the customers in line during open hours staff inside are visible but just inside doing
