When I approached the window, she ignored me for a few minutes and didn't even make eye contact—she was too busy with the register. When she finally opened it, I asked if they typically keep customers waiting in situations like this. She said no and then gave me a blank stare, not understanding why I was frustrated. After paying, I had to wait a few more minutes, and when my order was handed to me, she forgot something. Before I could mention it, she closed the window. I tried to get her attention, but it was pointless.
At that point, a supervisor or manager was nearby, but instead of addressing our concerns or asking if everything was alright, they just stared. Overall, the experience was...
