I ordered a taco salad and an extra bag with chips for which I paid. I am ready to eat the salat again and not chili now, how can they not put the chili in the pocket for a taco salat main ingredient...1 bag chips. cried to tell us what happened that they didn't offer to bring ime chili or that I'm coming. I just took my name...no spelling..so you really wrote it down? the next time they come into the salat is free. What about the useless salad before me?
I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's. The person taking orders was quite rude, and my food was carelessly thrown into the bag. It felt like there was a lack of pride in their work. If someone dislikes their job that much, they should consider finding another position. It seems like they are just filling seats without any focus on customer service. I wouldn't recommend this location; there are better options out there.
The line moved very slowly. They made me wait until I reached the speaker to inform me that they only sold fries and chicken. It was quite frustrating because it was noisy, and I had to stand in line even longer before I could leave. Why couldn’t they have a sign indicating this before people get to the speaker? It seems like they don’t care about their customers or anyone at all.
AWFUL! No parking. One way in and one way out and it's only enough room for one vehicle to get in and out at a time. The drive thru was closed. I only needed to get change and had to stand in line behind 12 people for 29 mins to just get change. The young man at the counter had pink hair and he was really sweet. He didn't make me buy anything to get change. So that was a plus. Book a table now
This place should be demolished. They can't get the orders right, they are rude, ridiculously slow. I just got off of work and waited in line for over 20 minutes for them to wait on 3 cars then I was told that they only have nuggets. This place is extraordinarily bad!! They can't get one thing right.
DO NOT MAKE A MOBILE ORDER AFTER THEY CLOSE THE INSIDE OF THE DINER. YOULL HAVE TO WAIT IN THE LONG DRIVE THRU LINE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER. I made a mobile order to avoid that dreadful line and still got set up. The employees aren’t helpful at all either.
Drive through closed when I arrived, the line was all the way to the back of the store. Waited 30 minutes for cheese fries. This location is always slow, the drive through is randomly closed down or so slow that it might as well be closed.
The only thing I have to say is this Wendy's needs to be bigger, it gets too coward so fast, and the drive thru lines be too long of a wait Book a table now
they block the area of the glowing 7pm each night are the owners aware that smh drive thru lines are pathetic worse wendys ever
