Do not go here!!! This location has the worst customer service and attitudes. I waited 30+ minutes to get to the order box, when the seating section is closed even. Then the cashier asked to see my order when I got to the window, where she reached over and grabbed my phone out of my hand and proceeded to photograph my phone screen. I was greeted with snarky comments when asking what the hold up was. You don 't work for me. So, you can either wait, or I don 't know what to tell you. Is what the manager had to say.
The staff at this Wendy's were incredibly friendly, and our order was handled without any problems. The food quality was exactly what you would expect from a Wendy's. However, I would not recommend dining in, as it appears to be a popular spot for teenagers to gather and unwind (it’s located near a high school). While I don’t mind kids having fun, they were quite disruptive during our visit, and the management had to threaten to call the police before they finally left.
This Wendy's has really improved significantly. We used to laugh about it because the service was terrible and the performance was even worse. However, today was a completely different experience. The intercom has been fixed, so we could clearly communicate with the staff. Our order was filled correctly, and the woman who handed us our food actually looked at us and smiled. Is there new management? Regardless, I truly appreciated the changes.
Frequently run into issues when visiting here. I only go back because it's super convenient for me. Examples are no staff so it's closed during business hours multiple times. Only able to order through the mobile app, not in person at the drive through. Was told today at the drive through that I had to come inside to pick up my order I placed on the mobile app.

Well, I didn't know what to expect since the last time I went to ok was over 15 years. The line on the drive through took about 35 min to get to the ordering system. Then they messed up my order, the manager went back in to get it right, took a little bit longer. When I got home 2 of the 3 breaks ordered (2 were chickens) were wrong and not what was ordered.
I ordered my food half hour before pick up and order still wasn't ready and I heard them them say some of my order was passed out to another customer, for them to give me someone else's order. I gave 2 stars because they were willing to walk back and forth in the drizzle rain to correct it.
If you're reading this, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This place is terrible, especially during the night shift. We waited 30 minutes for our order, only to get home and discover it was wrong. They even managed to leave a surprise in the burger!
saw someone who ate fun while he commanded. they have no sense of urgency or of all high standards. wendys would be better to stop this place and turn it into a staruck or something more useful

That was great today. they had a very professional young lady working window with a great pleasant voice and smile. her name was lynese. I know I didn't write right, but she was great.
Extremely slow. Took 25 minutes for me to get Baconator fries and a drink. I asked for extra napkins and they didn’t even give me 1 napkin. Fries were cold and cheese was not melted.
