My husband and I both ordered a Dave's Double. I requested mine without mayo, with extra lettuce and onion. Unfortunately, my burger had extra mayo, was cold, and was missing the extra onion I asked for, although they did add an extra slice of lettuce. The burger itself was very bland and definitely didn’t taste the same as the ones we enjoyed last week. What a disappointment! We thought we had found a great burger place again, but now we’re back to searching. I would not recommend dining here. Additionally, when we arrived to pick up our order, the doors were locked! It seems pointless to offer a carry-out option if customers can’t even get inside.
Generally not bad to get food here the order is usually accurate, although if they have trouble hearing you just shout it at them they wont hear if agter 3 times, asked for a large chocolate frosty they asked me to repeat it and I did, they replied small chocolate frosty? So I repeated large again and was still greeted with a small chocolate frosty. Having worked in a drive-thru I try not to shout at the mic but you might be better off doing that here
I had a wonderful experience at this fast food restaurant. The service was excellent, and the staff were both friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. It's refreshing to visit a place where you can truly sense the quality and pride in every detail.
The food was served hot and fresh. Placing an order through the mobile app was a breeze, and the service was quick. I truly appreciated having hot food on a chilly night! The Baconator on a pretzel bread bun is amazing!

I am huge on customer service and I have to say 10. French fries were hot and not cold like all other fast food chains. Thank you all for being so kind to me tonight.
Drive through does not understand much and the wait times are horrible.. over 15-20 min last time....went to taco bell in same shopping center last time.
Have been through the drive thru several times and they are always quick, accurate and friendly!!

Like many fast food restaurants, the food is tasty, but it takes a while to be served.
Open well after 10pm, I drove through and it was fast and efficient.
