I entered this Wendy's at 11:43 AM, and there were two customers ahead of me. One was placing an order, while two others were at the register trying to sort out an issue with their order. A manager finally showed up at 11:50 AM and explained that they couldn’t combo the order due to its large quantity. Meanwhile, the soda machine was constantly releasing CO2, indicating it urgently needed a bib replacement. I noticed that the employees prioritized the drive-thru orders over those in the store, leading to a lot of confusion around two specific orders at 11:52 AM. Went through drive through tonight and dealt with the rudest person ever at window, first she rushes you through your ordering, when I told her I wanted a large drink at window she told me I can just go to a different Wendy?s. Who does that?! Didn?t gether name but she was fat and ugly , I got the vibe of her being a mngr, maybe? But I surely won?t ever return there again.Wendy?s needs to retrain her or get rid of her. I?ve never done this before but this monster needs a bad review.
Although the signs say the lobby is open, it was locked at 9:30 AM when I tried to place a to-go order. As someone who is disabled and unable to drive, I couldn’t use the drive-thru. I called twice, but no one inside the restaurant answered the phone. Having the drive-thru open while the lobby is locked, without any notice or explanation, feels discriminatory toward disabled customers like me. It’s also very unprofessional that no one was available to take phone orders.
I usually love Wendy's, but this location is really disappointing. The dining room remains closed long after Covid restrictions ended. The drive-thru is painfully slow, the staff are rude, and the food often arrives cold. I've experienced this multiple times and I'm done. I would avoid this location.

I recently tried Wendy's Frosty Chino and I'm hooked! If you enjoy cold brewed coffee and Wendy's Frostys, you'll definitely love this drink. The price is fair, and for me, it's better than Starbucks.
The food was cold and clearly had been sitting out for quite some time. We never got the nuggets we ordered, and the fries were hard and tasted stale.
The cashier could be a bit more friendly. Thank you for all that you do.
