I ordered a Biggie Bag with nuggets and a Frosty on the side, but the nuggets and Frosty never arrived. The fry boxes were only half full, and the burger was so small it could fit in my palm. My family was still hungry after spending $35 at this fast food place. I called customer service, and they sent us some complimentary food, but it seems like this location really needs to straighten things out. Be sure to double-check your receipt!
When I went, they were out of lettuce and Sweet Sour Sauce. I ordered BBQ Sauce. They told me to wait for my order in the parking lot. 20 minutes later they bring it out to me but forget the Frosties. Another 10 minutes and they bring the Frosties.They did not give me ANY BBQ Sauce, (so I did not get any sauce at all) and they didn't give me my receipt either. Long wait,out of ingredients, and messed up the order.
This review is solely based on my experience with Devonte. It has been a long time since I've encountered such exceptional customer service. He has a bright, polite, and cheerful personality. I would be more than happy to spend my money here. Thank you, Devonte, and thank you to the staff for my fresh food.
Our food was very cold ! Everything ! I was so disappointed with Wendy's! I ask them to reheat our food. The fries came back better. But our burgers? My wife thru hers away! me I ate maybe 1/2 ! This one I should have asked for a refund! That was a$24.00 disappointment! Book a table now
I always get the $5 Biggie bag. 2 choices for the biggie bags. Double stack or jr. bacon cheeseburger. My choice is the JBC. Comes with nuggets, a drink, and fries for $5. Can't beat that. Tasty too. Clean restaurant and friendly service!
I was really disappointed with my order from Wendy's. Everything I received was cold! It was very unsatisfactory and honestly the worst experience I've had. It seemed like my food had been sitting out for most of the evening. Yuck!
When ordering 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets and you get a mix of spicy nuggets and regular nuggets. The kids cant eat spicy nuggets so they are wasted and money/time is wasted. Please be better and only put food that is orded.
A very clean eating area and restroom. Polite, enthusiastic, smiling and hard working employees. Although for a fast food restaurant, the wait time is just too long. Perhaps, this is due to staffing shortages. Book a table now
