I ordered a Biggie Bag with nuggets and a Frosty on the side, but neither the nuggets nor the Frosty showed up. The fry boxes were only half full, and the burger was so small it could fit in my hand. My family was still hungry after spending $35 at this fast food restaurant. I reached out to customer service, and they sent us some complimentary food, but this location definitely needs to improve its service. Make sure to double-check your receipt!
When I went, they were out of lettuce and Sweet Sour Sauce. I ordered BBQ Sauce. They told me to wait for my order in the parking lot. 20 minutes later they bring it out to me but forget the Frosties. Another 10 minutes and they bring the Frosties.They did not give me ANY BBQ Sauce, (so I did not get any sauce at all) and they didn't give me my receipt either. Long wait,out of ingredients, and messed up the order.
Even if you go inside they can't get your order right. Also cold, not completely cooked, old fries. You know it' should be.about customer service when I order a meal that I am spending my money on. I realize that this is a new store but get on the bandwagon and do it right if you expect us to patronize your business.
Our food was very cold ! Everything ! I was so disappointed with Wendy's! I ask them to reheat our food. The fries came back better. But our burgers? My wife thru hers away! me I ate maybe 1/2 ! This one I should have asked for a refund! That was a$24.00 disappointment! Book a table now
When ordering a 10-piece Crispy Chicken Nuggets, I received a mix of spicy and regular nuggets. Since the kids can't eat spicy nuggets, those ended up wasted, which means both money and time were wasted. Please ensure orders contain only the items requested.
I always get the $5 Biggie bag. 2 choices for the biggie bags. Double stack or jr. bacon cheeseburger. My choice is the JBC. Comes with nuggets, a drink, and fries for $5. Can't beat that. Tasty too. Clean restaurant and friendly service!
A very clean eating area and restroom. Polite, enthusiastic, smiling and hard working employees. Although for a fast food restaurant, the wait time is just too long. Perhaps, this is due to staffing shortages.
I was really let down with my order from Wendy's. Everything was cold! It was very disappointing and honestly, the worst experience I've ever had. It felt like my food had been sitting out for hours. Yuck! Book a table now
Wendy's menu was disappointing—my order came with nothing on it, and I had to add my own cheese to make it taste better. Very let down!
