I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman at the front counter, who had a long black ponytail, was quite rude. I placed my order through the app, but when I received my food, it was old and cold—fresh food should have some warmth to it. I had to show her how cold the nuggets were, and she snatched the food from me. I was confused by her attitude because I was being calm about the situation. She started making negative comments in Spanish about me wanting fresh chicken, and despite my clearly being a woman, she continued to address me as "sir" even after I corrected her five times. She then spoke negatively again in Spanish, laughing as I tried to get her to call me "ma'a...
I was not aware that Wendy's chili was now a vegetarian chili. I went to Wendy's in the North loop shopping center in Kissimmee, Fl. I ordered several items including a large chili. My order was taken out. I got home, anticipating a meal that included chili and a baked potato. In my opinion, Wendys had the best chili in the industry. I was shocked to find my chili had no meat, plenty of beans and sauce, but no meat. Customers need to know ahead of time that the chili no long has meat in it.
In these times, prioritizing safety and hygiene is crucial. However, I was disappointed to see the staff handling food without wearing gloves. Tonight, I witnessed a woman preparing fries and nuggets with her bare hands, which I found very unappetizing. Additionally, the area where the seasonings were kept was not clean either. I would not recommend dining here.
I got some pretty good coupons in the mail, so I went to this location. I told them at the drive-thru that I wanted to use a coupon for a discount, and what I'd like to use it on. They rang me up for my order, and just charged me full price, without saying a word. The food was fine, and the service was very fast, but seriously?

Some days the food is good, but after 3 o'clock, the quality of the sandwiches declines significantly. The chicken becomes as tough as a brick, and the fries are overcooked and hard. I really wish I could get a refund.
We really enjoyed the salad, chicken, and chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious, and the honey savory sauce had a unique flavor, thanks to Wendy's. The service was excellent all around!
Prime location, with good employees. My spicy chicken sandwich was very dry like it sat out for a long time, addressed the issue with them and they made me a fresh one.
