Wendy's - Table reservation

INTELLIGENCE INSULTED! I have been going to this particular Wendys for years and never have been disappointed accept today! My order was simple...a Biggie Bag with a double stack, High C orange, with bbq sauce and a medium Strawberry Frosty. When I received my MEDIUM Frotsy it was CLEARLY in a Small 12oz! I get them frequently enough to KNOW it was a small I Ask the drive thru clerk why it so small, his reply was that is the medium . I proceeded to ask to see the large size and he showed a significantly larger cup. I simply told him the size I received was NOT a medium but I was pressed for time so I had leave taking it as a loss. As I preceeded to eat my food my fries tasted as if they had...

Very pleased to this Wendy’s because the service I get was exceptional. Cashier was very attentive and very knowledgeable. They know how to explain the items to the customer properly. Wendy’s has a wide variety of burgers to choose from. The prices are very reasonable. Staff here incredibly courteous, polite, and helpful. It was quick and efficient service. I had fantastic burger, it was tasty and delicious, fries are extremely hot and crispy. Great quality of food and excellent service they provided. Overall satisfactory experience here. I’ll enjoyed eating at Wendy’s

My expectations are usually higher for WENDYS. I love coming here and I typically don't like to complain about food but if there's a small hair in my food. I won't eat it. I almost wanted to throw up. There shouldn't be any body hair in a customers food. I'm not sure if I'll come back.

Food is good. warm food. not sure why they changed the fries. please bring back the old fries
