When I finally got my Dave's Single, I was disappointed to find a small, burnt patty that looked like a hockey puck, sitting on a bun that was much larger. When I asked if it was supposed to look like that, they just took the burger from me without a word. They gave me another burger, but it had a strange smell, so I decided to throw it away. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. I would recommend avoiding it at all costs.
I placed an order from this restaurant on 3/22 through the UberEats app. There was no indication on the app or in the store that orders over $150 could not be placed. However, a driver from UberEats had to go there to inform me that my order had not been prepared. The restaurant has poor service, and I will be reporting both UberEats and the restaurant to the BBB.
We walked in it was a sauna. We wondered why on the HOTTEST DAY of The week there's no Air Conditioning. There were people working there with absolutely NO cooling. This just wasn't right. We left.... Today 6-14-22 6:58pm 97 Degrees outside. ?
This Wendy's is quite disappointing. The customer service is very poor, and the so-called night manager is rude and does not pay attention to customer complaints. I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money here. Book a table now
Service was pretty quick. Kids love thier orange vanilla hi-c. It seems like their burger patties are smaller and thinner every time we eat here. Fries and nuggets were fresh. Order was correct.
The Hillside, IL location was chaotic, employees talking/yelling loudly. Charged incorrectly for meal. I felt very uncomfortable there probably wont return to this location.
