The once-great fast food restaurant on St. Joe has sadly declined under new management. The staff has become rude, and my recent experiences have shown a lack of initiative among the employees. They seem to arbitrarily decide when the lobby is open, leading to a lot of inconsistency. I’ve been told multiple times to go through the drive-thru, only to be ignored when I do. It’s disappointing to see how the quality has dropped—it's hard to believe it's just a cheeseburger. I encountered five employees standing around in the lobby who informed me it was closed, despite there being no signs to indicate that.
This locations manager is a bum never any frostys the machine is always down . The slowest employees in the world. This location only serves food to paying customers with vehicles if you don 't own a car your S.O.L. they wont take you as a customer lobby is never open. I hope to speak to the general manager. My entire family has always enjoyed Wendy 's. Now i have a half a mind to completely stop eating at wendys. Thanks for nothing st Joseph ave wendys turning down paying customers.
9:15am. Advertised as open. No one answers the drive through. Drive around to the window, nobody there. Doors locked. Four Employees cars in the parking lot (can 't be customers. The doors are locked, and their closed . Just to lazy to do their jobs.Edit. Tried again. Placed an online order so the people on site couldn 't refuse. Online service swears this site is open. Order was refused.They are just too lazy to do their jobs.
I think Wendy's is my go-to big chain fast food burger joint. There's always something new to try (I only go a few times a year), the ingredients all seem real, the meat has good flavor. The new strawberry Frosty is surprisingly good and the breakfast baconator is the best fast food breakfast sandwich on the market. This particular Wendy's was very clean, quick, and employees were friendly.

Always check them before they go! it's long stopped because it was always annoying. we thought we'd go on, but today they told us they didn't have salates because they're too lazy to make them. their words. this place needs new management, owner, something.
First of the ABSOLUTELY will not refund you if you order on the app. And they don 't have the product or replace. Second of you order on the app it take 30+ mins to get your food. Then it 's usually cold and they tell you you can wait for me stuff only to have the same problem
The Wendy's on St. Joe was satisfactory. It is located in a somewhat sketchy area, but the food was still enjoyable. The staff member mixed up a few items in my order, and the service was a bit slow. However, overall, it was a decent experience for a fast-food restaurant.
I used to stop by this place all the time for drinks while walking home from high school back in 2011. Now, I can barely even get through the door without seeing 5 to 6 employees standing in the lobby, and there are no signs indicating that the lobby is closed.

Dave Thomas would have a field day if he saw how this establishment is being ran. But sometimes they serve up something hot and delicious.
The food has been hot and fresh and the staff is very nice. Place has made an astounding improvement compared to the prior management.
