When dining in, we’ve eaten inside twice recently. Both times, the order counter was dirty and sticky, and there were flies everywhere. They got all over the food and buzzed around us while we were eating, which was really off-putting. I spent most of the meal swatting them away. The food and service were decent, though.
We also tried the drive-thru twice. The first time, our food was cold, and we discovered a long, dark hair in my daughter's cheeseburger. The second time, which was today around 12:30 PM, the food was warm, and the fries were acceptable, but yet again, there was a huge dark hair in my burger!
Do the employees not wear hair nets? Are they not held to cleanliness standards?...
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wendy's, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and exceptional service. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great visit. The restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The seating area was well-maintained, contributing to the overall comfort of my experience.
The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding—I truly enjoy it! The food is excellent too, and when it comes to delivery, your order is always prepared quickly. They never make you wait!
There's not much to share, I did take out. Easy to walk up and order to-go, but what I order does not meet advertisements. I like the place but what I ordered did not meet expectations.

I had a terrible experience with the ghost pepper chicken sandwich—after just one bite, I couldn't eat anymore. I won't be returning to this place. I ordered food this past Saturday.
First they say they do not have lettuce really…. Then This! What is that!!! I ordered a grilled Chicken Burger and this is unacceptable and just not ok!!! It looks disgusting!!
The food was fresh and flavorful. The service was, fast, courteous and friendly. The restaurant was clean, well maintained and had a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
