There was nothing fast about this fast food… we ordered online to pick up @drive tru and we waited almost 30 minutes to get our food because they were short staffed. Although I understand this, I don’t condone that neither employer had gloves when handling food and were all touching various surfaces while sticking their fingers in the food (cross contamination), not to mention that we got the wrong size drink; I paid for two large drinks and got mediums size drinks which have spilled and nobody bothered cleaning the cups before handing them out to us dripping. Honestly, I did not felt like waiting another 20 minutes to get this fixed since I had to get back to work. Some of the staff may be...

Stopped in when we were driving back from the Cape. The staff looked frazzled, and overworked. They were all over the place, seeming as though no one had a specific job. You had to enter your order at a kiosk. Speed of service was decent, certainly for the amount of staff. Fries were undercooked, a result of rushing a batch. Both customer use soda machines were out of almost every drink, neither had any diet options. Learned they only had strawberry Frostys after ordering (first time trying, not a fan). Overall this trip reminded me why I need to stop coming to Wendys for a quick bite. They are disasters.

To start, I didn't experience great service. There were about 10 guests waiting for their food, and the ordering process seemed chaotic. A server randomly announced about 7 meals without properly checking with anyone. They asked me what I needed three times, and two more meals ended up being discarded. Eventually, I got the correct sandwich, but I had to request a cup. The first soda machine's ice dispenser wasn’t working for a long time, and when it finally did, it contained Coke. When I finally received my soda, it was flat, and I had to dig around to find another drink.

my kids always get the $5 biggie bag. I appreciate they haven't been mad at the way my son eats his burger. we tried the crispy chicken stable and it is amazing. for me to say that about almost food huh is a big thing because I don't like almost food huhn normally. this sandwich is very good. Of course, her strawberry salad is the best with the champagne vinegar dressing and roasted honey roasted almonds...mmmim so good. the new strawberry is also great if I could add. I have never like frostys, but this is definitely an upgrade and for me taste like real? eis. Book a table now

wendy's worst experience of my life. Feeling sorry for the 2 young women who work very hard, up to a long series of people waiting more than 10 minutes per car break, while the manager outside before the restaurant chat and smoke a cigarette. they give the wendy a bad name. to the happiness this is not a wendy 's close to me so I need 't to never go again.

Ordered through doordash driver was great but of course wendys forgot something. Ordered 2 biggie bags that come with chicken nuggets and what do you know no chicken nuggets. These kids have no work ethics and need to learn how to do there job before asking for higher wages. This is how it is now a days can't order anything without it being messed up.

They don't seem to understand what a simple sandwich is. I asked for it to be fixed, and they literally handed me back the exact same thing I had just returned. The staff was busy scrolling on their phones and clearly lacked any customer service training. I don't want to come off as annoying, but it was a very straightforward order.

Lazy, slow and unfriendly staff. Can’t even greet you properly. What ever happened to “welcome to Wendy’s, how may I take your order”? They’re too lazy to do that. I like Wendy’s food but the people working here are just no good! Book a table now

I was amazed at the care and care of Dawn, the manager, to ensure that the customers take care. I can see clearly that the customers first come with her and she went by and up. Corporate should feel happy to have them A
