Overall horrible experience. The staff working around 8:10pm on 4/30/22 was rude and disrespectful. Everything was fine until we approached the window, we paid and she handed us our 2 drinks but only one straw and the girl said she would put the other in the bag. Once we got our food they forgot our frosty and our straw. I let her know and she gives me the frosty and proceeds to tell me the straw was in the bag like I didn’t check it and slammed the door on our face. They messed up the food as well so I do not recommend coming here.
I would recommend avoiding this location if you can. In our last five delivery orders, we were missing items in four of them, and we received some items that were not part of our order. The drive-thru service isn't much better; we encountered rude staff, especially during breakfast hours. One cashier was sarcastic with me and even called me a liar when I mentioned that my order was incorrect. I have reached out to management several times but received little help. It's best to take your business elsewhere!
The drive-thru experience took a bit longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. When my order arrived, the employee was incredibly friendly and made light of the situation, joking about how hectic things were—especially with my order of 50 nuggets adding to the chaos! It was a really enjoyable interaction with the staff. To top it all off, the nuggets were perfect! This happened around 8 PM on November 10, 2022. That employee definitely deserves a raise! I hope management sees this!
I just came thru the DT. I ordered a bourbon bacon burger. The bottom bun is rock hard. The burger is so cold the cheese isn’t even melted. Could be because the burger is still raw!! My fries are clearly not fresh. Very disappointed. I live 2 minutes away and my food is always still hot and fresh by the time I get home to eat it. Next time I guess I’ll have to open up my bag and check before pulling off. Very disappointed.

I received part of my order incorrectly, but the food was fresh and served piping hot. The drive-thru was quite busy, stretching all the way back to West River, but since it was midday, I figured it was a sign that all the restaurants were popular. Fortunately, the line moved quickly. I was a bit disappointed, though, because they were out of salad.
the manager goes to the theke who eats in her mouth pushes and cries on the back “Front Counter!”. spit flew from her mouth. young man, who makes fries with dirty dresses, unreleased and incandescent, wore a dirty baseball cap and treated the fries without gloves. I asked for my money back. will not come here anymore.
I ordered a #3, 10 piece nugget combo. I received a chicken sandwich. Didn't notice until I got home and of course no receipt in the bag because why would they put that in their. Guess I'll just have to suffer with what I didn't order.
Quick in and out.. did notice there wasn't a dollar menu at this location tho. All employees was very friendly and food was fresh..

Fry's could have been better. But everything else was good. Order was accurate.
