Used to come here regularly, but based on my last few visit I 'm going to need to rethink that. Today I waited about 5 mintes at the speaker being told just a minute by the order taker. I was about to leave when they took my order only to wait again at the second window because they gave me the wrong drink. They even took the old drink back and had it by the window like they were still planning on giving it out to someone else.Last week I had a grilled chicken sandwich that was so inedible I threw it out. I didn 't have time to complain. And before that it was a salad that was half brown.Given it used to be reliable this is really disappointing.
That has to be my favorite Wendy's location. It's quiet and perfect for my close friend and me to sit in a corner and have intellectual discussions about the world and internet humor. We can enjoy these great conversations while savoring delicious food from our favorite spot. The staff here deserve recognition; they work hard and take pride in being part of the best Wendy's around. Thanks to their dedication, my friend and I look forward to many more visits here.
I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. It's simply not worth it. Even considering a mobile order is a mistake, as it won't be prepared on time. The staff seems to overlook you entirely. When the food finally arrives, it's cold, and there appears to be a lack of proper management. To top it off, the prices are quite inflated for the quality of service and food received.
i come here quite a lot i enjoyed the food. that was until i ordered a caesar salad found a dead fly in it. I tried calling the restaurant at least 6 times but no one answered. very unprofessional disappointing

I went to Wendy 's in East brunswick. The staff there gives an attitude. One of the staff stated, your too close. As I was talking to her, she shut the window on my face.
Typical Wendy's with good fast food burger chains. Location was clean and staff were fast, accurate and friendly. Facility was clean in the dining area and bathroom.
Our local Wendy's Long Term Employees are true professionals at what they do. The food is always fresh and delicious. No complaints!
