After I placed my order at the drive-thru, I requested a receipt and was instructed to pull forward while they prepared my meal. I waited for about 10 minutes, and since there were no other cars around, I decided to return to the window. There was a group of young staff members gathered there, and they were acting quite unprofessionally. You definitely need to keep an eye on the line at this place. If there are several cars in front of you, it can take quite a while to get served. On the other hand, if there's only one car ahead, the service is extremely fast. I usually decide between this place and Wendy's for my work lunch based on which one has the shorter line. However, if there are more than a couple of cars waiting here, I'll definitely pass.
The smoothie drive-thru brought back memories of fast food service before COVID! My order was prepared correctly, served hot and fresh. It was my first time trying the taco salad—a great late-night snack! Jay and the manager were fantastic, and the entire staff was professional and clearly proud of their work. This restaurant is a complete rip-off! Save yourself both time and money. I was charged $24.44 for a nugget meal and a cheeseburger, but when I asked for a receipt, they refused to give one. I strongly advise against visiting this place. The entire night shift staff needs to be investigated, and I have already contacted the legal authorities about this matter.
The woman taking orders at the drive-thru during my visit deserves a substantial raise. I believe it was on May 19th when I went. She was immensely friendly and welcoming. The food was also impressive—fresh and surprisingly good for fast food. This location is clearly doing an excellent job.
