I love Wendy’s, however I just had the worst experience. On 2/8/23 around 7pm, I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich in lettuce wrap meal w/ 4 piece spicy nuggets. The young lady on the intercom misunderstood how I requested my sandwich, so I explained that I would like my sandwich wrapped in lettuce instead of bun. I assume they took what I said offensive and became very rude at the window. First and foremost the young guy with black curly hair at the 2nd window shoved the bag of food to me. My sandwich fell out of the container and my food was all over the bag. This is the second time in a week that this Wendy's location has left items out of my order. I specifically asked if everything was included in the bag, and I was assured it was. However, when I got home, I found several items missing. I tried calling the store multiple times using the phone number from Google, but no one answered—it just kept ringing. I'm really frustrated. It should be quite simple; they have a screen that shows them what items to prepare and include in the bag, yet they still can't seem to get it right.
Like any Wendy's drive thru is slow. I waited 15 mins. On each occasion access to the inside of the restaurant was closed. Got my food with no issues. The fries were extremely fresh and well seasoned. The nuggets were a tad dry but still flavorful.Overall a decent location if I'm not pressed on time.
An employee taking orders at the drive-thru was very rude, constantly shouting at customers. If the order isn't clear, they should politely ask the customer to speak louder or inform them that they can’t hear, rather than shouting without any warning. Service: 1/5

It's 11:30 in the morning, and as a truck driver, I'm trying to grab some lunch, but the lobby is closed. I'm unable to get any service, and the management was quite rude, stating that they didn't have enough staff to operate the business.
Why is it called fast food when I waited 45 minutes in the drive-through? Plus, my order didn’t show up on the screen, so I asked for the total, but the woman at the speaker didn’t understand me. Seriously? Terrible service. Food: 4/5
Ordered from the breakfast menu. The seasoned fries and breakfast baconator were great. The French toast sticks were good. But the maple chicken sandwich was dry and not very tasty and the biscuit was average.Food: 3/5
This Wendy's location is one of my top choices to dine in, thanks to its clean environment, classic Wendy's favorites, and friendly service. Wheelchair accessibility is excellent.

I ordered a big bacon classic and this is the second time they forgot the bacon. Like how do you forget the bacon. THE SECOND Time I visited and they forgot the bacon twice
By the highway. Generally good staff and good food. Unfortunately there was no coffee at evening 6pm. May be it was that one visit …haa!
