I don’t usually write reviews but the cashier, Aiden, brightened my day with his silly question “what flavor of crayon is your favorite?” I was taken aback by the question and immediately forgot any prior knowledge of crayola crayons, but I told him, “I would choose a yellow orangey one because it would taste citrusy.” I later looked it up and realized there is, in fact, a crayon called “yellow orange,” so it works out. The service at the restaurant was disappointing. No one seemed to be monitoring the register, and the drink machine was completely empty except for water. The tea was also unavailable, not even a drop left. The fries were poorly made; they appeared to have bits of potato skin and other debris scattered on them, indicating they weren't cut or prepared properly. There was a lack of organization, with tasks left unattended and chaos all around. Although there were 5 to 7 staff members present, the work could have been accomplished more efficiently by just two or three people who knew what they were doing. The lunch service was a complete disaster. The man in front of me at the register looked really upset, checked his watch, and stormed out. Out of nowhere, the manager appeared and tried to take over all the tasks instead of allowing the more skilled staff to do their jobs. This only added to the chaos, as the employees seemed confused by the whole situation.

Waited for what seemed like an eternity for someone to take our order in the drive through. Received the wrong order which seems to happen quite often at this location. I asked for sauce, they never give it to you. If the workers weren’t so busy being on their cellphones while on the clock, they might just be able to give guests the right order.
I always come here when I have a bad day and need spicy nuggets to save my faith in humanity. This Wendy's has the best staff!!! They are so kind and I always see Koji. He is so nice and attentive. I love the staff here so much, sometimes I come just because they are so nice!!!! (Also the spicy nugs... U can never go wrong)
If you're craving a Frosty, this isn't the place to go. Every time I either order or visit in person, they never have chocolate Frostys available. They say the machine is broken, but I can't help but feel they're just being lazy.
They seemed to be overloaded with orders today, which made it take quite a while for me to place mine. However, once I did, they were prompt in getting my meal ready.
