I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of some of the staff. While the female manager is fantastic, the atmosphere becomes chaotic when she is not present. I encountered long wait times as a result. One of the workers even rolled her eyes at a customer for making a simple gesture while checking out at the register. To make matters worse, someone appeared to have taken my phone while the employee stepped away from the register to search for hers, leaving a long line of customers waiting. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I hope they can improve their service.
Wendy 's food and burgers are fantastic. Taste freshly cooked. I love it . The issue that I have is the person who took my order evidently didn 't understand my English. I know what I ordered and requested I ordered 2 different type of sandwiches. One of the chicken sandwiches and the other was one of the cheeseburgers with bacon. I received the chicken it wasn 't until later on in the evening when I was home. The 2nd part was wrong I guess from now on I had better make sure what I requested is in the bag. Busted my BUBBLE!! your all set anticipating one thing . Not what you ORDERED!! Whoops!!
The food here is not an issue, but the service and atmosphere leave much to be desired. When you enter the restaurant, the staff tends to overlook you. Delivery drivers from Grubhub, Uber Eats, and others often miss your orders, and it's common to see 5 or 6 of them crowding the front counter, waving their phones at customers. This becomes particularly problematic in the evenings around 8 PM. Additionally, the tables are often dirty, the soda machine is filthy, and unruly teenagers bothering other patrons create a very unpleasant atmosphere.
Wendy's used to be my favorite spot for breakfast, but my experience has changed. Most of the time, the burgers from the $5 or less menu are served slightly warm or even cold. I've also been dealing with stomach pain after eating there on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, I can't continue going to Wendy's anymore. It's just not worth it. Food rating: 1/5.

Locations are few and far between, which is sad as this is by far the best of the major fast food chains. Tastes good, simple as that. This specific location was fine, service was fine but I had to stand around asking for ketchup when there was no line and I didn't have any.
I ordered through the Wendy's app and chose delivery, but I received none of the food I ordered, and they brought the wrong drink. I tried to call the restaurant, but it seems the phone was left off the hook. The service was terrible, and now I can't get my money back.
This location is a hit or miss. It's either dead and on point or busy as all hell and your order is completely wrong. The staff is the same. Some of them are nice and patient and others are rude and nasty.
Worse experience ever almost 45 min on line. Wendy's is known and was founded on speedy service and good food. This wendy's failed on so many levels. I dred going to both wendy's on Boston rd.

The drive thru worker has a nasty attitude. They don't even talk to you they just yell when you politely say you can't hear them. Lucky the food was quick and good that why I gave it a 3.
